Job Description
Role Description
Drives the development and execution of product roadmaps for Industrial products by integrating inputs from external customers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth.
- Industrial products consist of, but are not limited to: pressure, temperature and flow controls.
- Employs a customer-centric mindset in ability to deliver and articulate value proposition of products in the marketplace.
- Focus on core segments like HVAC, Data Centers, and diversified industrial and residential applications.
- Owns the pricing strategy for Industrial products through the product life cycle.
- Leverages rationalization and optimization of product portfolios to drive margin growth.
- Spearheads the successful launching of new Industrial products through training, customer promotions, and NBO support.
- Enables regional sales teams to maximize pipeline and win rate on New and Existing business opportunities (NBOs and EBOs).
- No Direct Reports.
- Work Location: 529 Pleasant St, Attleboro, MA, 02703 or any home office in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, or a related occupation.

- Defining specification & requirements.
- Managing portfolios through lifecycles.
- Developing & launching products in domestic & international markets.
- Developing & executing roadmaps.
- Developing adjacencies, initiatives & pricing.
- Developing & leading strategies for acquisitions & new business initiatives.
- Leading competitive analysis.
- Developing business cases.
- Analyzing proformas & quotations.
- Leading & following NPD stage gate process.
- Leading VAVE & Kaizen events to optimize BOM costs & improve quality.
- Driving vitality & growth.

5 years of experience to include:
- Analyzing DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP & prints.
- Residential & commercial products.
- Managing the global P&L of Controls products.
- Product training.
- Leading budget planning, market research, VOC & industry trends.
- Creating & leading product portfolio expansion & roadmaps by introducing new products & new categories.
