Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
- Experience with benefits management systems
- Prior experience in Professional Services ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
