Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or a similar function
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or Braze; Shopify experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of event-based data models, segmentation logic, journey building, and automation rules
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations
- Experience executing A/B and multivariate tests, with a thoughtful, test-and-learn approach
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, marketing, and creative
- Demonstrated attention to detail, self-starter mentality, and collaborative team orientation
- Strong commitment to delivering personalized, relevant, and timely customer touchpoints
- Comfortable supporting best practices in CRM governance
