The Director, Teen Engagement will coordinate and execute teen experiences to support the national goal of increasing teen membership and participation, including co-leading BGCA’s national teen leadership conference and associated activities. This role involves engaging and supporting a conference steering committee, providing guidance to internal teams, and ensuring all conference content and communications are aligned and timely.

The Client Success Specialist supports MyClubHub customers, ensuring maximum benefit, adoption, and retention by resolving product issues and promoting feature utilization. This role also involves developing and facilitating training for system users to ensure high satisfaction with ongoing support.
