Job Description

• Identify and pursue new workforce solutions opportunities with enterprise organizations • Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations leaders, and business executives • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close • Work with internal recruiting and operations teams to design customized workforce solutions • Structure programs including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and talent operations support • Define engagement models, pricing structures, and delivery frameworks • Develop long-term relationships with enterprise clients • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce and recruiting infrastructure • Close large workforce solutions engagements and contribute to the growth of the practice • Help establish anchor clients and long-term partnerships

Job Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of workforce solutions, staffing, or talent services sales
  • Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or workforce outsourcing
  • Demonstrated success closing $500K–$2M+ services deals
  • Experience working with enterprise HR and talent acquisition leaders
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
