AO Globe Life is expanding its remote workforce and seeking motivated individuals who want to help families understand their benefit options and protect their financial futures. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for new graduates interested in building professional experience in client relations, financial services, and business development while receiving structured mentorship and training.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual consultations with pre-scheduled clients through Zoom
  • Assess client needs and explain available life, accident, and supplemental coverage options
  • Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation of client interactions
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development programs
  • Build strong client relationships while developing communication and business skills

  • Recent or upcoming college graduates
