• Collect, verify, and prepare payment information and supporting documentation • Execute daily payments through bank accounts, crypto wallets, and payment platforms • Review and verify invoices and payment requests before processing • Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions across bank accounts and crypto wallets • Maintain accurate records of payment and transaction data for reconciliation and reporting • Maintain and regularly update the Cash Flow Sheet and P&L dashboard • Manage accounts payable, including tracking and planning creditor payments • Maintain and update the payment calendar • Manage payroll and tax payments • Conduct bank reconciliations • Reconcile transactions with payment systems and game providers • Support budget planning and financial monitoring • Prepare and send invoices to clients, partners, and contractors • Support monthly financial closing (income, expenses, balances) • Analyze financial results and compare with forecasts • Review and adjust budgets based on actual performance • Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders
