• Define and drive components of the product vision and roadmap for our mobile and web digital experiences to deliver a best-in-class product experience • Identify emerging trends in the digital health technology landscape and translate them into prioritized design initiatives to drive increased engagement and health outcomes in chronic condition care • Partner with engineering, marketing, data science, clinical, and regulatory teams to deliver impactful solutions • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the product team, ensuring alignment and effective communication • Own the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to launch and optimization • Define business requirements and convey business objectives to technical teams • Validate user stories with business stakeholders and establish acceptance criteria for testing • Ensure all digital solutions comply with healthcare and enterprise regulations and meet high usability standards • Advocate for patients, providers, and healthcare partners by deeply understanding their needs and pain points • Leverage user research, feedback, and data analytics to drive product decisions and improvements • Manage the execution of the digital experience, identifying potential improvements to the user experience • Establish a robust measurement plan for digital engagement and uptake, feature usage, and health outcomes improvement for users to inform the strategic roadmap • Continuously analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve digital solutions
