Job Description
• Identify, validate, and implement strategic solutions to optimize business performance
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution
• Drive business integration across Product, Legal, Finance, GTM, and Operations
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and execution plans
• Operationalize payment and compliance policies in partnership with legal and compliance teams
• Own initiatives to reduce payment risk and mitigate bad debt
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, analytics, or program management
- Experience designing and refining program workflows and tooling
- Proven ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions
- Experience translating business and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Strong influencing skills to navigate complex decision-making and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success leading multi-workstream initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in project management, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau); SQL experience is a plus
