Job Description
• Develop and lead national sales strategies for hospital and health system partnerships
• Drive quarterly and annual growth targets, ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage
• Monitor market dynamics, CMS policy changes, and competitive trends to inform strategy
• Identify, negotiate, and close complex strategic deals with executive stakeholders
• Represent Wellvana as a thought leader at industry events and conferences
• Partner with legal, operations, and partner success teams to ensure seamless sales execution
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support client issue resolution and continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support national growth efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, MHA, or related field preferred
- 10-15 years of healthcare sales, business development, or provider engagement experience
- Proven success exceeding quotas and managing long sales cycles
- Extensive experience selling to and managing relationships with health system clients
- Experience with value-based care programs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage, and ACO models
- Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling sales teams
- Ability to work effectively from a remote or home office
