Role Description
Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company.
- Support customers with fast, friendly technical expertise on Microsoft products and Sherweb services.
- Act as the expert for all presale activities for the sales team.
- Answer potential and existing customers' technical questions regarding our Azure product services (Azure, Professional Services).
- Collaborate with our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Product).
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.
- Contribute to the growth of the business and sales by acting as a technical expert.
- Help analyze customer/partner needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist the sales team during meetings or calls with customers and partners.
- Prepare and present technical propositions to clients (SoWs).
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, seeking their expertise as needed.
- Collaborate directly with Microsoft, seeking their expertise as needed.
- Prepare and present technical training to our Sales teams, clients, and partners.
- Work with the extended GTM team to continually improve processes and maintain strong documentation.
Qualifications
- College diploma and/or university degree in computer science.
- Bilingualism (English/French), both written and spoken, is essential.
- Valid passport and availability to travel on occasion.
- Charismatic speaker with strong social and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented.
- Passionate about new technologies and an early adopter.
Requirements
- 5 years of technical experience in IT, especially in virtualization, storage, Windows/Linux, or other public clouds.
- 2 years of experience working with Azure.
- 2 years of experience presales, working in an indirect sales model (MSP, ISV, Sis, Distribution etc).
