Job Description
• Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client relationships
• Leading complex fixed income transactions and overseeing regional sales initiatives
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key institutional clients
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market share
• Delivering tailored market updates, trade ideas, and strategic recommendations
• Leading regional sales initiatives and campaigns to drive profitability
• Representing the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and client forums
• Applying advanced knowledge of economics, fixed income markets, and capital markets to inform client strategies
• Overseeing the structuring and execution of complex fixed income transactions
• Maintaining CRM systems for client data integrity and sales reporting
• Providing timely, candid, and constructive feedback to team members
• Mentoring Associates and Analysts to foster their development
• Recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in institutional sales, fixed income, or capital markets
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63 licenses required; Series 24 strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing senior-level client relationships
- Professional proficiency generally acquired through 10 years of relevant work or internship experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Advanced understanding of fixed income markets, products, and transaction structures
- Strong business development and strategic advisory skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level client interactions
- High level of integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; advanced familiarity with Bloomberg and CRM systems
