As the newest member of our talent team, you’ll help uncover exceptional people for growing companies who rely on us to find the right hire the first time! You’re naturally curious and enjoy the puzzle of talent discovery — researching industries and digging deeper to find professionals who may not even be looking for their next opportunity. Your tech savvy allows you to leverage LinkedIn, AI tools, and creative sourcing techniques to uncover and engage high-potential candidates. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can juggle multiple searches while maintaining a flexible part-time schedule. - Proactively identifying and engaging high-potential passive candidates using recruiting platforms, AI tools, Boolean searches, and ATS database
- Participating in kickoff discussions to understand the role, company needs, and profile that will succeed
- Developing sourcing strategies, translating role requirements into a targeted, creative plan for finding the right people
- Researching industries and target companies to map where the strongest candidates are — and going to find them
- Digging into profiles and resumes with a critical eye, evaluating not just skills, but career patterns, trajectory, and fit
- Crafting and initiating personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Supporting the scheduling and coordination of candidate prescreens with the Talent Acquisition Partner
- Managing multiple searches while maintaining the thoughtful, high-quality approach that defines Goldstone Partners
Qualifications
- Natural curiosity – you enjoy finding creative ways to solve puzzles, digging deeper until you find the right candidate, not just a qualified one
- Exceptional research skills with an impeccable attention to detail – evaluating profiles for both skills and career patterns
- Technically savvy, comfortable using recruiting platforms, emerging AI tools and Boolean searches and a willingness to keep learning as the tools evolve
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable, cold-outreaching and building relationships from scratch
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A self-directed work style — you manage your time well and don’t need to be micromanaged
- A genuine interest in helping people find opportunities where they can succeed
- Experience in executive search, third-party recruiting or talent research a plus!
