Qualifications
- International Sales DNA: 3-5+ years of proven success selling B2B technology, SaaS, or IT consulting services in international markets. This is non-negotiable.
- The "Hunter" Instinct: A relentless drive to prospect, qualify, and close new business in the private sector. Experience in FinServ, Logistics, or Retail is a huge plus.
- Delivery Model Fluency: A strong grasp of the Nearshore/Onshore delivery model and how to leverage it to win deals.
- Startup Mindset: You're adaptable, resourceful, and excited by the prospect of building something new in a fast-paced environment.
