The Account Technical Strategist will develop strategic partnerships with customer stakeholders, identify critical revenue-generating use cases for Citrix solutions, and define customer success roadmaps to increase solution adoption. They will coordinate cross-functional teams, articulate business and technical value, and manage customer stability and technical support concerns.

The Account Technology Strategist identifies and matches technologies to customer business issues, driving innovation and adoption while assisting in developing business value propositions for Citrix products. They participate as part of a sales team to achieve revenue targets using technical expertise, account management skills, and a superior customer focus.

The Solutions Architect will be pivotal in designing and implementing Citrix solutions to drive client business transformation while also shaping go-to-market strategies that influence solution positioning. Day-to-day tasks include assessing business requirements, designing architectures, providing best practice guidance, and prescribing execution plans.
