As a Project Manager, you're vital in delivering enterprise software projects efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Success in this position involves being proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, capable of handling project challenges, exceeding stakeholder expectations, and delivering outstanding project outcomes. Your contributions will drive our company's growth by optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and boosting profitability. Effective communication, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to enhancing our PMO's operations are key to thriving in our dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high billable utilization and achieve significant profitability across all projects, demonstrating efficient project management and financial acumen
  • Ensure over 90% of projects are completed on-time and within budget through strong project control and effective risk management strategies
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple enterprise software projects, managing each project's unique complexities to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive project success through meticulous planning and status reporting, adhering to PMO playbook standards.
  • Utilize project management tools according to PMO playbook standards to enhance project efficiency.
