Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, performance management, or total rewards, including hands-on support for performance and compensation cycles in mid-sized or growing organizations.
- Strong understanding of performance management practices (goal setting, feedback, calibration) and compensation fundamentals (salary structures, merit cycles, incentives, pay equity).
- Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance considerations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency regulations).
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, survey data, and analytics; ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee data with accuracy and discretion.
- Strong partnership skills with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for building equitable, transparent, and scalable people programs.
