Job Description
• Responsible for building daily bonuses within the CRM platform
• Ensure timely execution and accuracy of promotions
• Support the CRM Ops team with execution and A/B testing setups
• Utilize CRM tools to configure, test, and troubleshoot promotions
• Foster cross-functional workstreams, partnering with Customer Support
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company guidelines
• Provide operational support across a Thursday–Monday schedule
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of online casino and sportsbook customers
- Extremely detail oriented
- Highly organised and structured, with the ability to work at an incredible pace
- Natural communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Genuine passion and understanding of what makes a great sports product
- Understanding of the online sports landscape and market trends
- Flexible schedule aligned to a Thursday–Monday work pattern
- Previous experience in an iGaming Role is a plus
