Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field is preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development is required
- Proven success building learning strategies and programs in resource-constrained environments with measurable business impact
- Experience leading small teams and partnering with senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and learning analytics, Workday experience is preferred
- Hands-on experience designing effective leadership and skill-based programs
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with external learning providers, universities, or leadership development partners
- Exposure to change management or organizational effectiveness
- Background in hospitality, service, or other customer-centric industries strongly preferred
- Professional certifications in learning, talent development, coaching, or organizational development preferred
