Job Summary:
Manages data and processes related to talent strategy and management. Plans, oversees, and manages staff orientation, training, and mentoring, as well as analyzing performance gaps and developing solutions. Ensures accurate reporting on key talent analytics are delivered, consults with senior leadership, and collaborates with stakeholders to align with business strategy. Responsible for enhancing talent solutions processes, leveraging technology, and continuously improving organizational effectiveness.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Manages all aspects of data and ensures data integrity related to systems and processes for the talent team member life cycle, including talent management, talent operations, talent optimization, and provider recruitment teams.
- Plans and manages orientation, training, and mentoring of new and existing staff on processes and technology, ensuring team members are well-equipped and knowledgeable. Engages in hiring, supporting performance management efforts, performance evaluations, and compensation decisions of talent solutions team.
- Oversees independent and team projects to manage the design and implementation of critical talent technology focused, strategy and processes through the full life cycle of implementation using project management methodologies for design, testing, and deployment.
- Discovers and analyzes performance gaps in processes, tools, and technology, developing both short-term and long-term solutions. Leads service delivery of non-daily talent initiatives, such as system testing, technology-specific trainings, and implementations. Stays informed of industry best practice and emerging technologies.
- Reports on key talent analytics, processes, and programs to organizational leaders, presenting information in clear, concise, and useful formats to aid decision-making.
- Consults with senior talent leadership on system needs and data, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs to have the ability to interpret data, identify trends, gather market data, establish benchmarks, and create data visualizations with contextual narratives.
- Manages relationships and collaborates with key system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to stay informed of changes in strategy, new deliverables, and current issues.
- Leads, plans, and organizes day-to-day activities of the talent solutions team, escalating barriers, concerns, and needs to the leadership team as necessary.
- Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education
EXPERIENCE
Five years' experience with two years in leadership

Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
