Job Description

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale workplace projects in the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, design standards and compliance considerations. • Manage multiple concurrent projects across a geographically diverse real estate portfolio. Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure construction aligns with approved plans. Track project budgets and take proactive measures to resolve delays. • Facilitate regular communication and updates to senior leadership, addressing project progress, risks and opportunities. • Ensure workplace projects adhere to company design guidelines, sustainability goals, and quality standards. Collaborate with design teams to create innovative and functional solutions. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals with business needs. • Collaborate with internal departments such as real estate, IT, security, and facilities to coordinate project activities. • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful project execution. • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance workplace strategies and project delivery processes. Utilize industry trends and best practices to provide impactful workplaces.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in workplace delivery, real estate, or construction project management.
  • Experience managing complex projects, including multiple projects at once, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative, function in a fast-paced working environment, with immediate and changing deadlines.
  • Excellent team and stakeholder management skills that can empower teams and influence cross-functional partners. Strong problem solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with managers and employees at all levels within our company.
