Job Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in program or project management supporting technology, data, or analytics initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project planning, requirements management, and delivery tracking, with the ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable work plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Experience using project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate program status.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
