Job Description

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting engineering, data, and technology initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. • Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define program objectives, milestones, and delivery plans. • Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and understood before work begins by identifying gaps, surfacing risks, and clarifying dependencies. • Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders on priorities, delivery sequencing, and key decisions. • Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting to ensure stakeholders have visibility into program progress. • Support planning and coordination in agile delivery environments, helping teams maintain focus on priorities and milestones. • Identify cross-team dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders to address risks and blockers that may impact delivery timelines. • Provide regular updates on program progress, risks, and outcomes to program stakeholders. • Contribute to improving project management practices, tools, and workflows that support effective delivery across teams. • Promote collaboration and transparency across teams involved in program delivery.

Job Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in program or project management supporting technology, data, or analytics initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, requirements management, and delivery tracking, with the ability to translate complex initiatives into actionable work plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • Experience using project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate program status.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
