Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and technically strong Global Finance Systems Dynamics Technical Team Leader to lead the delivery and operational excellence of our global Dynamics finance landscape. In this influential role, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day technical delivery, ensuring all enhancements, configurations, defect fixes, and system changes are executed to a high standard and fully supportable at scale.
- Manage a team of Dynamics technical SMEs and system administrators, acting as the operational engine behind our Dynamics-based finance solutions.
- Own production stability, drive technical best practice, and take the lead on complex or high-risk changes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, finance stakeholders across regions, architecture and integration teams, and third-party providers to ensure well-designed, thoroughly tested, and reliable solutions.
- Drive capability uplift across the team, reduce technical risk, and help shape the future of our global finance systems.
This is a global role with stakeholders across the UK, Europe, Australia, SE Asia, and the US, requiring flexibility in working hours and occasional international travel.
Qualifications
- Significant hands-on Dynamics technical delivery experience with deep knowledge of finance, invoicing, payments, or related modules.
- Proven leadership of technical delivery teams, ideally within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strength in system integrations, configuration, technical design review, and production issue management.
- A calm, structured, detail-oriented approach, even when managing complex or high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across global finance and technology functions.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- A degree in technology, finance or a related field (desirable).
- Flexibility to work across time zones and travel when required.
