Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a specified region, managing distributor relationships, leading and developing team, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.


Essential Duties:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Vice Presidents & Directors of distributor partners.
• Oversee and manage distributor inventory needs and levels to ensure optimal supply availability.
• Design and implement companywide incentive programs to motivate distributors and enhance sales performance.
• Manage the ordering and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional items ensuring all programming is supported with the necessary marketing materials.
• Plan and execute crew drives to promote products and engage with distributors and their team.
• Develop comprehensive annual plans for volume targets and distribution goals; monitor and ensure the execution of plans.
• Oversee the execution of marketing programs, product displays, and promotional mandates.
• Generate detailed sales reports for the region to identify insights and opportunities; share findings with the distributor network and internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
• Lead monthly reviews to assess regional performance and provide strategic insights, ensuring team priorities are aligning with business objectives.
• Build and nurture a high-performing Territory Specialist team to support regional sales efforts; organize regular development days for training and skill enhancement.
• Establish clear expectations, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team; monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure targets are met.
• Other duties as assigned.


Education/ Experience/Skills:
• Requires 5+ years of experience in beverage industry sales or account / distributor management.
• Prior experience in team management and development, preferred.
• Advanced experience and knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Proficient understanding of sales and financial software with the ability to interpret and project budget and P&L implications.
• Proven ability to execute strategic sales plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and team development skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across clients, customers, teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in networking, collaboration, and effective communication to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Squeaky Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to drive an automobile required.

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000
