Role Description
We're looking for a part-time Marketing & Sales Coordinator to be our lead generation engine. Your job is straightforward:
- Find prospects, start conversations, book discovery calls.
- Execute daily outreach across email, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Follow our proven templates and systems.
- Keep our CRM organized.
- Be measured on one clear metric: discovery calls booked.
But you're more than an outreach machine. You're smart, you know how to use AI tools to work faster, and you have ideas. We want to hear them.
This is a perfect role if you:
- Are early in your marketing career and want real, hands-on experience.
- Like the satisfaction of seeing immediate results from your work.
- Are comfortable reaching out to people you don't know.
- Can stick to a daily routine without needing someone to push you.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) regularly and actually know how to get results from them.
- Have a degree and about a year of real working experience under your belt.
Qualifications
- Approximately 1 year of working experience in marketing, sales support, or a related field.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar.
- Strong written English - you can write outreach that actually gets replies.
- Confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to research, draft, and improve your work.
- Self-motivated and organized - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Comfortable with outreach and not shy about starting conversations.
- Resilient - you can handle being ignored or told no, and keep going.
- Tech-savvy - you pick up new tools quickly.
- Own device and reliable internet connection.
Requirements
- Any previous experience in lead generation, sales support, or customer outreach (nice to have).
- Familiarity with B2B or professional services marketing (nice to have).
- Experience with CRM systems (we use Go High Level) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (nice to have).
- Interest in digital marketing strategy beyond just execution (nice to have).
