Role Description

As a Performance Partner Account Manager- Lead Generation at West Shore Home, you will oversee the relationships with third-party vendors who generate traffic and sales to West Shore Home including:

  • Sourcing new lead partners
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Monitoring lead quality
  • Adapting campaign strategies to ensure partners meet performance metrics

Your goal is to drive cost-effective revenue and growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in working with third-party lead generation agencies with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with lead generation in the home services space (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another related field
  • Proven ability to take ownership of critical team objectives related to lead generation, pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, and ROI metrics
  • Experience managing and optimizing lead flows within ActiveProspect (TrustedForm & LeadConduit)
  • Experience in working with online marketplaces for local services, such as Angi (a plus)

Requirements

  • Independently source and negotiate new lead partners for pilot campaigns of up to $100,000.00 in monthly advertising spend
  • Manage existing lead partner relationships from end to end, including strategy development, quality control, performance management, and campaign adjustments
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and outcomes of lead partners across all branches and product categories
  • Continuously refine and manage lead generation models for forecasting, performance management, and goal attainment

The approximate salary range for this position is $70,000-75,000 annually.

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
