Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales enablement, and/or event management (preferred)
- 2 years’ experience in background screening or HR solutions industry (required)
- 2 years’ experience handling RFP development (preferred)
- Advanced project management skills
- Beginner proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and document automation software (PandaDoc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
