Job Description

• Join our family and share the story of D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. (DGY) as a District Manager. • Responsible for wholesaler management and planning, ensuring product inventory levels and execution at wholesale and retail levels. • Responsible for retail monitoring and improving execution against key objectives for DGY brands. • Conduct sales meeting presentations and planning meetings with distributor sales teams. • Manage and supervise the allocation of point-of-sale materials with assigned distributors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or minimum of 5 years equivalent job experience.
Ability to perform and understand basic trade math as a part of doing business in a “fact-based” selling culture.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and plan work activities with effective time management.
Be available for overnight travel for crew drives, meetings, trainings, and occasional weekend events or distributor and retailer entertainment.
