We’re looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator to join our Beckett team. You will serve as the primary leader of HubSpot across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing system configuration, managing custom objects, leading integrations, and building automation and reporting. Acting as both a system owner and strategic partner, the administrator ensures HubSpot evolves with organizational needs and remains the unified CRM system of record for all brands and business units.
You’ll report to the Director of Growth and Collector Experience and work from our Plano, TX office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
What You’ll Do:
System Administration & Configuration: Own HubSpot setup, including managing users, permissions, custom objects, properties, and workflows.
Integrations & Data Management: Lead integrations with platforms such as DocuSign, Cornerstone, Business Central, and other business systems to maintain data integrity and cross-functional visibility.
Automation & Optimization: Design, build, and optimize automation, pipelines, and reporting dashboards to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with departmental leaders to define CRM requirements, implement best practices, and ensure consistent adoption of HubSpot across business units.
Governance & Standards: Develop and enforce CRM governance, ensuring data quality, standardized processes, and platform scalability.
Onboarding & Transitions: Play a key role in transitioning new brands and business units onto HubSpot, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with existing processes.
Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate and timely reporting to leadership, empowering data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with HubSpot releases and CRM best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for platform improvement and new functionality.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 - 8 years of experience administering HubSpot (or comparable CRM platform) in a multi-department or multi-brand environment
Hands-on experience with system configuration, workflow automation, custom objects, and reporting dashboards
Proven track record of leading integrations (e.g., DocuSign, Cornerstone, ERP/Finance tools like Business Central)
Strong understanding of CRM governance, data management, and automation best practices
Ability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to train and influence cross-functional teams
HubSpot certifications (preferred but not required)
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
