• Review a new feature that Product wants to launch for GDPR and other applicable digital regulation compliance • Partner with Marketing to approve marketing copy for a promotion slated to run at a global vendor conference • Provide legal support and strategic legal guidance to Clever’s account executives responsible for managing global client relationships, effectively balancing legal, regulatory, and reputation risks with the achievement of business goals • Maintain and update internal data mappings, risk assessments, and records of processing • Devise and launch a risk assessment for AI product features • Collaborate cross-functionally on the launch plan to establish an entity in a foreign jurisdiction and provide legal guidance on the risks, costs and benefits of various approaches • Teach others best practices around privacy compliance and foster a compliance culture at Clever
