Job Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of business or procurement experience
- Experience negotiating with suppliers in a low volume manufacturing business
- Background in electronic (printed circuit board assembly, wire/cable assemblies, controls, semiconductors) and thermal (pumps, fans, compressors) components.
- Desired Master’s Degree in business
- Experience with metal fabrication technologies is a plus.
- Leadership and change management experience
- Previous experience in a high mix / low volume manufacturing environment
- Experience in international supply chain management, incoterms, and landed costs
- Second language ideal
