The Senior Accountant will perform and oversee general accounting functions, including managing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, while managing billing processes within Workday. This role also supports month-end and year-end close activities, including financial statement preparation and ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal controls.
The Senior Accountant will manage essential accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, and develop best practices for financial systems. Responsibilities also involve implementing actual-to-budget financial reporting using NetSuite and leading the development of inventory and procurement systems.
The Senior Project Accountant will prepare and process client invoices and contract documents while maintaining accurate project financial records and billing files. This role also involves assisting with project setup, budgeting, and providing support for tracking and collecting project accounts receivable.
The analyst executes various types and complexities of funds transfers using multiple platforms with minimal supervision, handling manual transactions, resolving routine exceptions, and performing detailed financial reconciliation of processed transactions. This role also involves monitoring live transactions, addressing exceptions according to policy, escalating unresolved issues, and ensuring compliance with the control framework.
