What would you do as a Senior Accountant
As a Full Time Senior Accountant at Arthritis Knee Pain Centers, you will manage and oversee essential accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable management. Your role will involve developing best practices for our accounting and financial systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will implement actual-to-budget financial reporting using NetSuite, customizing financial reports to meet the specific needs of management.
Additionally, you will take the lead in developing and implementing effective inventory management and procurement systems, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the company. Collaboration with fellow management team members will further shape your responsibilities, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our financial processes and organizational success.
What you need to be successful
To excel as a Full Time Senior Accountant at Arthritis Knee Pain Centers, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. A minimum of 4 years in a relevant role is essential, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Outstanding organizational and time management skills are necessary for successfully multi-tasking. The ideal candidate will exhibit advanced verbal and written communication skills, alongside a detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required, with experience in NetSuite, Coupa, or other ERP software preferred.
The ability to coordinate work effectively and communicate across diverse teams within the organization is crucial, as well as strong critical thinking skills to navigate challenges and drive improvement in financial processes.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 4+ years of experience w/Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; Public Accounting experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- 1+ years of Netsuite experience
- Outstanding organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Coupa or ERP software experience preferred.
- Able to effectively coordinate work and communicate across disparate groups of individuals functions and levels in the organization.
