Job Description
Job Requirements
- BSN/BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance
- RN, RT, RTT or CMD with a history of at least 3 years of direct patient care experience
- 5+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s)
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have knowledge as it relates to quality, performance improvement, change theory, and health systems.
