Job Description
Job Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Minimum two years experience with technical expertise in managing and developing solutions on platforms such as Power BI, and preferably Qlik Sense and Workday
- Minimum one year experience leading or managing a team of BI professionals, including goal setting, prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback
- Prior experience working with workforce data across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), two years minimum
