In this role, you will analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to support forecasting, pricing, territory planning, and strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, you will provide data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making and strengthen competitive positioning. - Analyze sales, customer, and operational datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks affecting revenue and profitability.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support sales performance tracking, pipeline management, and territory strategy.
- Build forecasting and predictive models for revenue planning, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy and account management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence, preferably supporting sales or commercial strategy.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, analytic programming languages, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to understand operational, product, and customer dynamics to inform commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication, consultative, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
