Role Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Process benefits events in collaboration with client and working with brokers and carriers
  • Manage data feeds and integrations between HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits platforms inclusive of discrepancy resolution
  • Collaborate with advisory team, clients, brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits related issues and ensure compliance
  • Collect, validate, and document client benefit plans and policies, guide clients through setup during onboarding: configuring benefits, eligibility rules, workflows, and integration where needed
  • Leverage and Train AI to automate processes
  • Conduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and service level agreements
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for outsourced processes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or client-facing outsourcing/enrollment processing roles
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of global employee benefits programs and related compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide high-quality client service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with excel and handling large data sets, inclusive of utilizing Excel formulas (v-lookup, pivot tables etc.)
  • Experience with AI
  • Experience with data integration and file feeds between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
  • Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting open enrollment and life event processing in an outsourced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English Proficiency
