This role offers a strategic opportunity to shape the talent agenda for a major business segment. The Sr. Manager, IS Segment Talent Partner will drive succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across critical roles. You will work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to build diverse pipelines, accelerate talent readiness, and implement innovative people strategies that align with business goals. The position combines high-impact consulting, coaching, and analytical insight to influence both short-term performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, advanced experience in talent management, and the ability to foster trust with stakeholders at all levels. - Serve as a strategic talent advisor to the Segment HR leader, supporting segment and business unit (BU) talent strategies.
- Lead proactive talent management initiatives, including succession planning for critical roles and facilitating quarterly segment talent reviews.
- Provide coaching to HR teams and senior leaders to accelerate readiness of high-potential talent for critical roles.
- Drive excellence in leadership assessment, development planning, and readiness of successors for key positions.
- Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and executives to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Consult on organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership development, inclusion, and employee experience initiatives.
- Contribute to segment HR strategy discussions and advise Talent Management COE to ensure solutions meet segment needs.
- Design data-informed solutions to anticipate talent and organizational challenges and enable effective execution of initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience, including 8+ years as a talent partner or HR business partner supporting a business unit.
- Proven experience in talent initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Expertise in organizational effectiveness and change management.
- Strong executive presence and ability to cultivate trusted relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
- Experience in internal consulting with managerial courage and influence.
- Competency in advanced analytics, project management, and data-driven talent solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
