Job Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years relevant experience or Masters with minimum 6 years relevant experience.
- High school diploma with additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design and delivery.
- Experience delivering training in a technical or operational environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Advanced experience with LMS platforms and training development tools.
- Minimum 5 years experience utilizing training development and delivery tools.
- Minimum 3 years experience managing staff.
- Project planning and management experience.
