Full-Time Hybrid Position | New Jersey and Pennsylvania Focus

As a Workers' Compensation Adjuster, you'll manage challenging New Jersey and Pennsylvania claims with independence and authority. This fully remote role offers the perfect balance of professional challenge and work-life flexibility, allowing you to build a rewarding career without the commute.

Your Impact

  • Lead Complex Case Resolution: Independently investigate and resolve sophisticated lost time claims, including high-exposure and litigated cases.
  • Build Recovery Partnerships: Coordinate with physicians and injured workers to ensure appropriate medical care and progress.
  • Create Return-to-Work Success Stories: Collaborate with employers to develop modified duty options that benefit both workers and businesses.
  • Maximize Financial Recovery: Identify opportunities through subrogation, Second Injury Fund, and reinsurance channels.
  • Navigate Legal Complexities: Apply your knowledge of New Jersey statutes to establish compensability and develop effective defense strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years handling New Jersey and Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims (additional experience may be required for more complex assignments).
  • Education: High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and NJ workers' compensation law.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented approach with a balance of compassion for injured workers and financial responsibility to clients.
