- Support ServiceNow development from Demand to delivery.
- Assemble all relevant stakeholders and develop a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements.
- Leverage detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders and guide them in refining their requirements.
- Conduct demonstrations to stakeholders and work with knowledge management members to draft and publish knowledge documents prior to solution delivery.
- Work closely with developers to ensure solutions are technically feasible.
- Lead test plan development and execution including user acceptance testing to ensure the implementation meets client's requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience elaborating business requirements into detailed user stories in the ServiceNow Agile module or similar platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with focus in the Service Catalog module.
- Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with client presentation development and demonstration.
- Experience producing professional documentation.
- Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including requirements analysis, system design, and user acceptance.
- Experience designing and implementing process workflows.
- Experience leading a diverse group in process re-engineering.
- Experience applying human-centered design concepts.
- Experience in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) design.
- Customer Relationship Management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, related scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience.
- Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- The ability to pass a Tier 4/HIGH Background Investigation.
Location
- Remote, USA.
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).
Pay Range
- The pay for this position ranges from $73,730 to $85,500.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
