Job Description:
This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who enjoys building visibility, tracking performance, and supporting growth initiatives. As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will help ensure campaigns, events, and online initiatives run smoothly and consistently. Your work will support brand presence, community engagement, and data-driven decision-making through careful coordination and follow-through. You will collaborate with external vendors, monitor performance metrics, and ensure marketing efforts stay on schedule. This position is well-suited for someone who balances creativity with organization and enjoys seeing measurable results.
• Monthly Compensation Range: 1,245 to 1,350 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Track metrics for marketing team contributors
Assist with funnel development and lead generation
Ensure social media posts are published on schedule
Monitor ad performance and report results
Review marketing materials for errors and accuracy
Track marketing data and performance metrics
Coordinate with outsourced marketing vendors
Increase and maintain online presence
Assist with community-building initiatives
Support event planning and execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience working as a marketing assistant
• Experience supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns required
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and work with legal terminology
• Spanish-speaking skills ideal but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with quality control focus
• Ability to track data and performance metrics
• Proactive and deadline-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Independent and accountable work style
• Comfortable collaborating with external vendors
• Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM EST
• Expected call volume: Light to no calls involved
• Software and Tools Required:

- Email/Calendar: Office 365, Calendly, Zoom
