Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8+ years experience in regulatory compliance within the financial services industry. Experience with fintechs and consumer financial products is highly desirable
- Strong subject matter expertise in FCRA, TILA (Reg Z), ECOA, UDAAP, state licensing and consumer privacy laws and Reg E; JD preferred
- Experience with compliance management systems and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience supporting BaaS and/or other types of fintech partnerships
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly explain regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator who can build strong relationships with the legal, product and engineering teams.
