This role is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(s) and other Enterprise applications. The manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure applications effectively support business processes and organizational goals.
This role supports the contingent worker recruitment function, maintains employee file compliance needs, and recruits all Temporary Employee hires within the Talent Acquisition team. The specialist will partner with the HR Compliance Advisor to implement strategies aligning with Children's Minnesota initiatives, policies, laws, and regulations.

This position is responsible for answering telephone calls and providing personalized, seamless service to physician callers by responding to inquiries with expert knowledge of physicians, services, and programs. The role involves working with internal departments to draft best practices for routing and responding to physician callers, prioritizing complex and emergent situations, and potentially accessing multiple software systems during a single call.
