Job Description

• Assists with the governance and oversight of the Global Property portfolio • Contributes to establishing underwriting standards, guidelines, manuscript endorsements, forms and filings • Works with leaders across the enterprise as part of the referral pathway • Evaluates underwriting performance based on financial analysis • Ensures the achievement of continued profitability, growth and/or operational efficiencies

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of underwriting experience in mid to large account property underwriting
  • Strong coverage knowledge in property lines
  • Skill in assessing exposures to loss, loss analysis, and pricing
  • Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred in a related discipline, or equivalent
  • Typically a minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with five years management experience.
  • Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation
