  • Stakeholder Communication & Change Management:
    • Communicate roadmap, release plans, and feature updates to school partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare and deliver clear, value‑focused communications to support service adoption, including training materials, walkthroughs, and updates for school leadership teams.
    • Ensure feedback loops are established with schools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Service Performance & Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, reliability, and adoption.
    • Identify and implement improvements to processes, workflows, or support models.
    • Maintain documentation, service catalogs, and knowledge assets related to School IT Services.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of product management or IT services experience, preferably in K–12, EdTech, SaaS, or service‑oriented environments.
    • Strong understanding of school operations, educational technology ecosystems, or IT service management.
