🎯 Role Overview

As an ADP Lyric HRIS Consultant (Part-Time, Contract), you will support clients with the implementation of ADP’s next-generation HRIS platform, ADP Lyric.
You will provide subject matter expertise, implementation guidance, and configuration support throughout the deployment process, ensuring that HR, payroll, and IT processes are aligned and optimized.

 

🧩 What you will do

 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance on the implementation and configuration of ADP Lyric.

  • Advise on HRIS best practices, system design, and process alignment within ADP platforms.

  • Collaborate with EVOCS consultants and client teams (HR, payroll, IT) to support implementation activities.

  • Assist with system setup, configuration decisions, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

  • Support data structure, workflow, integration, and reporting configuration.

  • Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation to ensure long-term success.

 

🧠 What you will bring

 

The top candidate will have the following skills:

  • Deep experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) as an implementation consultant or system administrator, or advanced, hands-on experience with ADP Lyric.

  • Strong understanding of HRIS implementations, HR processes, and payroll workflows.

  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, payroll, IT, and implementation consultants.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical system recommendations.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – bilingual or near-native level.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – client-facing role requiring frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings.

 

Ideally you have…

 

  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations in mid-market or enterprise organizations.

  • Familiarity with HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management modules within ADP platforms.

  • Prior consulting or advisory experience.
