Role Description

This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. As a UKG Ready Data Analyst, you will play a dual role auditing payroll and timekeeping data while designing and maintaining dashboards and reports that inform key business decisions. You will work closely with HR, payroll, and operational teams to ensure data integrity, streamline reporting, and optimize workforce processes. The role requires analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will also have the chance to enhance audit frameworks and reporting playbooks, contributing to the broader organizational efficiency. This position is ideal for a data-driven professional passionate about HR technology and process improvement.

  • Audit payroll and timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute parallel payroll testing and perform data reconciliation.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and operational teams.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing workforce trends, patterns, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve audit frameworks and onboarding playbooks.
  • Ensure data integrity across complex HR systems, including shift-based pay, union rules, and PEO arrangements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance workforce processes and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working within UKG Ready.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll audits, parallel testing, and data reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality workforces preferred.
  • Knowledge of union environments, complex overtime rules, and PEO arrangements preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (UKG Ready, FPC, CPP) and experience improving audit frameworks or onboarding processes are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
