• Partner cross-functionally with teams including Payroll, Human Resources, Sales Operations, Finance to design controls • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline manual controls and recurring audit activities, improving efficiency and scalability. • Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to execute control documentation, walkthroughs, and testing efforts. • Partner with external auditors to provide timely, organized documentation and support for ICFR testing. • Work with process owners to develop corrective action plans, monitor remediation progress, and implement sustainable control enhancements. • Participate in periodic risk assessments and process evaluations to ensure continued alignment with enterprise risk priorities and evolving business needs. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance control effectiveness, strengthen compliance, and increase operational efficiency. • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
