Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; course work or work experience in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with general accounting and financial principles, including reading financial statements and budgeting.
- Experience maintaining a database.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow through on open issues and work effectively with a diverse group of staff, partners and vendors in a service-oriented manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Commitment to the mission of the ClimateWorks Foundation.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently (both virtually and in-person) with minimal supervision.
- A commitment to a diverse, inclusive and equitable work environment.
